Started bringing our rescue dog to their clinic after having problems with the vet the humane society was taking him to. We started to bring him to Gentle healer, our pup loved it there We were so happy to find him a great vet to go to, even though we were warned about other customers unhappy with them, over the years after we started bringing our pup there we started having some rough times with them, they could not get him to take a shot, we had to bring him back, he weighs less than 20 pounds, what do you do with bigger dogs? Finicky or since he is a rescue. Ok I get it. We had a appointment to pick up a med for him, we came at the appropriate time called they would run it out. We called nobody came out. We called again it. Other customers came and went here we were still waiting. My kids are waiting at school. We brought our pup in for a appointment the email said we were only going to be charged for a visit, we were charged nine times more, and forced to pay it right away, we were not offered a payment plan it had to be paid now. After all of this I had enough, I called told them I will be calling around until I find something that I can do to get them in trouble via Tmj 4 or BBB. All they offered to do to help anything was we could not do the blood work, we did not want to put him through this again. If they would have offered a payment plan to begin with we would of been fine. They are good. After sitting on hold for fifteen minutes to talk to the doctor I hung up. They called later and the doctor gave us the boot. Since I threatened them. Taking money from my family. If we knew our bill was going to be that much we would have scheduled it for a time when we had the money. Them telling my wife they are charging just enough to keep the lights on is such a cop-out, along with I have thousands of dollars in school debt to pay off. You telling us the wrong amount for the appointment that is your fault not ours, that is poor customer service.
