Dr Miksic has been Zoey’s veterinarian for six years! Prior she was our Pearl’s veterinarian for several years.
Dr Miksic spends quality time with me & explains any needed procedures. She is wonderful with the pets at the clinic. She is one of four doctors at Oconomowoc Animal Hospital. Very fortunate to have Dr Miksic!!!!

Dr Miksic is the best veterinarian! She always has time to explain what she feels the problem is and the best treatment. I trust her, ALWAYS! Because of her and the staff, who I call “my village,” our “Pearl” had another year of quality life.
We chose another rescue after Pearl passed, knowing we had the best veterinarian and clinic and staff to help us. This clinic has three veterinarians that are truly special. Lucky all of us pet parents in Oconomowoc know our pets will receive outstanding care. They work many hours and have the best technicians and the very important office receptionists that always smile and listen like your pet really is important to them and want to do everything right to help the client.
I truly hope my veterinarian and the clinic will be chosen as a winner for the contest.

Dr Miksic always gives the best care to our pets. Her love and compassion is evident every visit. Our whole neighborhood goes to Dr Miksic. The veterinarian clinic is perfect! She is surrounded by two other veterinarians and technicians and receptionists that enhance her care.
Her knowledge and caring gave us 18 months more of quality life with Pearl. Knowing we have an exceptional veterinarian and clinic, we rescued another dog that will be cared for with the same love.
Dr. Dawn Miksic is the veterinarian everyone would dream of having. We are lucky.
The Oconomowoc Veterinarian Hospital is the best!!!!
