By far the worst interactions I've ever had with a vet clinic. Unfortunately my dog was experiencing an emergency on a holiday and therefore there was no other option than this emergency clinic. After waiting most of the day we were placed in a room and told that the doctor would be calling our cell phone and would not be coming into the room to speak to us. The 'doctor' Carlos Riolo told us that he was not able to palpate or check our dogs abdomen since she was too tense. He could not give any recommendations or suggestions on care and I did not once feel like my dogs health was a priority to him or the staff. I have had more compassionate conversations with my divorce lawyer than with this clinic's staff/doctor. The entire conversation was like they were defensive and navigating a potential lawsuit instead of treating someone's pet. We had to explicitly request someone explain the medication we were being prescribed and how to administer it since they forgot. I understand emergency vet clinics can be a highly emotional place with people worried about their pets but the hostility and defensiveness we were treated with was absurd. If at all possible I would avoid this hospital/vet

Do NOT take your pet or any animal to Paw Health Network, it is owned by Carlo Riolo, who's first words to me were "I've been a vet over 20 years so I know what I'm talking about" exact words when I picked up my phone outside their building while my dog was not being looked at for hours. They actually murdered my dog and I have proof, she caught a vaginal infection which spread to her uterus after being admitted there for a bulging disc. I don't think he even took X-rays like he said, I've called twice now to get the records sent to her real vet, which they still haven't received. This place killed my dog on the Fourth of July. After spending over 2k when it was their fault to begin with. Sick Sick people who work for this company, You will get red flags immediately, I should have trusted my gut, my dog would still be here today, every other vet I've spoken to with more years of experience states the same thing.

Kofee was very sick with Parvo. We really thought we would lose him. The veterinarians took fantastic care of him and communicated with us everything that was going on !

DON'T GO TO PAW HEALTH. My dog went in for an emergency, and a surgery. After the treatment, a technician was removing his breathing tube and placed their finger in my dogs mouth. My dog bite down and broke skin. The Dr admitted the technician was at fault. However my dog was placed on rabies protocol. The Dr said paw health would see him for all 3 visits with no charge for the mistake. He even apologized. I took my dog there for his surgery, and they signed off on 2 visits for both days. Today was the last day and last exam for the protocol. If he's not seen, then I get penalized of $100 to $1000 and or 60 days in jail. Paw health turned me away because they were too busy. They said to come back later today. I asked them how long it would be busy, and will they be able to see me today. They said they couldn't tell me that. I explained the penalty if I can't be seen today from them, and that other vets can't see me same day. I explained I had to be seen today and the exam is only 5 min. The front desk lady started to be rude, to I said that if they can't see me and if I'm penalized, that I will hold them responsible. She said I had to leave, that paw health will no longer see me anymore.

Took my dog to this facility. He was having weakness in his hind legs. He walked himself into the facility and had to carry him out. We had to go to 2 other ER vets. At the other facilities we were told that Paw Metwork may have caused his paralysis when they took blood out of his jugular vein. We were at Paw Network for over 4 hours and no face to face with the vet only the techs. The dr would call you on the phone and just talk in circles. Would NOT recommend anyone going to this facility. Drive to Madison or Appleton.

Took my dog in emergently last night was seen, xrays, labs and treatment all done within 3 hours. Everyone was so kind and treated us so well, couldn’t be happier. The building is huge, clean and everyone was friendly. They kept us up to date as far as times and what was happening.
