Gracie is new to the clinic and dr, as her previous vet retired and closed his practice. Dr Osborn has been slow and cautious with Gracie, as she definitely takes a while to let new people in her circle. I'm not much of an animal person, but my family wanted a dog - and that dog picked me to be her favorite - so she's definitely more protective of me around anyone else, creating issues with allowing people into her circle of trusted humans. And I know NOTHING about dogs, so Dr Osborn has definitely taken the extra time to help me understand. She is always there to answer questions and help explain so you can understand, without trying to run out of the appointment.

Dr. Suttner takes the time to discuss everything detail with our pets. He also will discuss his thoughts on every procedure before doing it and is caring for the animals and does what he thinks right, not just to charge more for unnecessary things. He truly is amazing vet, not only for the animals for for their families too.
