Dr. Kay is kind, caring, efficient, and very personable. She makes me feel at ease when I'm scared of something being wrong with one of my pets, and always takes the time to explain things, ask if I have any questions, and tell me what to do going forward. She goes the extra distance when I do have an ill pet. She tries whatever treatment we should start with and always has more than one option as to what next to try when the first treatment hasn't solved the issue. I'm always included in the decision-making. She makes time to get my pet in whenever needed and will correspond by email or phone to check up on my pet or answer a question I have. I've never experienced that before. Her clinic is spotless and the technicians and support staff are just outstanding. Dr. Kay was recommended to me by a friend who had a pet that was extremely ill, and miraculously survived because of Dr. Kay's diagnosis, help with treatment, and frequent follow-ups with phone calls or emails. I've had many, many vets in my life and none of them compare remotely to Dr. Kay. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a vet in a heartbeat. Both the client and pet will be in the best of hands.
