We are first-time puppy owners and have been thrilled with the support from Dr. Mason and his staff - they answer all of our (endless) questions, offer useful tips & suggestions, and make it easy for us to stay on top of appointments/shots/meds/etc. Our puppy gets excited to go to the vet! Cannot recommend Faircrest enough.

Dr. Mason was a very well educated vet who took a lot of time to chat with me about my newly adopted kitten. He made sound recommendations on food choices and preventative options for the upcoming spring flea/tick season. His assistant Aliyah was very communicative and setting up the appointment through text was very seamless. I am happy knowing these kind individuals are looking over my new kitten and will be there if anything should happen to her. I highly recommend this clean and convenient vet (with very reasonable prices) to anyone.
