Dr. Mord is kind, friendly, and super knowledgeable. He has been very informative and takes the time to explain what will happen during the visit and gives clear instructions on aftercare. He takes his time and ensures the patients are as comfortable with the procedures as possible to minimize their distress. I appreciate his talents as a vet and his humor.
