Greendale Village Vet has friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff from those at the front desk, to the techs and assistants and the veterinarians themselves. All are caring and thoughtful in their interactions. Most impressive to me is the knowledge of my pet's medical history. The staff attentively document my concerns and my narrative of my pet's current status. My observations along with my pet's behavior are clearly noted and then utilized in any treatment that may be needed. Each of the vet's knowledge of my pet is clearly evident in each visit. In this regard, Greendale Village Vet is a team effort where, regardless of who examines or treats my pet, the same high-level and quality of care will be administered.

Dr. Reinke affords the best personal attention to the needs of our pet Goldendoodle. She is thoughtful and takes time to assess any issues and is a careful listener. Dr. Reinke returns calls promptly and is always to the point of the issue or the problem. She always forms a plan for our pet as a response to the visit or the call. Dr. Reinke is very personable and her staff has taken on this trait as experienced in our visits to the clinic. Dr. Reinke is a most competent veterinarian and I would wholeheartedly recommend her and the Greendale Village Vet clinic.
