Our dog was very sick after camping with family. He was diagnosed very efficiently through a thorough examination and bloodwork by Dr. Wellens. Dr. Wellens was very patient, understanding, and truly caring. She determined that our dog had a tick borne bacteria that was attacking his white blood cells. The medication prescribed was very effective. We are so happy to have our furry friend feeling like himself again. He is such a fun pet.

Our pet was not acting normal. Lethargic, off his food, would not drink water. Dr. Wellens gave Max a through medical exam with labs. He received a prompt diagnosis anaplasmosis due to bacteria from a tick bite) through the lab results and was immediately given appropriate medication. The medication worked within a short period of time and Max is back to being a perky pup. Thanks to Dr. Jennifer Wellens of Countryside Veterinary Services, Appleton, WI. We are so grateful to have a healthy furry friend again.

Dr. Jay Peters is the most kind and caring vet! He literally gets on the floor and plays with my dogs, and they jump on him and lick him. They actually seem to like going there and are happy to see both Dr. Jay and his staff. He spends as much time as I need and answers all questions that I have (which are usually a lot). He knows that I have reservations about immunizations and drugs, and respects that. I trust him 100% with the care of my two dogs. You couldn't find a more knowledgeable and loving vet. He truly is the best!
