Dr. Sarah Lautzenhiser is genuinely kind and compassionate towards pets and their people. When our boy Floyd wasn't doing well we were refered to Dr. Sarah who finally gave us a diagnosis of cancer. Her and her team gave us the correct meds for him and a realistic prognosis, but were so kind through it all. From drawing hearts on Floyd's medication bag, follow up phone calls, follow up texts, letting me be on speaker phone while my husband physically brought Floyd in- so kind and compassionate. Floyd is doing well and managing through this disease. We just wish we would have discovered Dr. Sarah and her excellent team so much sooner. Thank you for helping us treat Floyd and keep h happy and healthy for a while longer. It's so difficult to find people truly passionate about their jobs and knowledgeable too- we're so very happy we've found Dr. Sarah. Our community and our pets are very lucky to have her and her team!
