Dr. Sheehy is awesome with Willie! Normally he's very skittish at the vet and she goes out of her way to calm Willie down. she's gentle, explains every step of the procedure, how to dispense medication if necessary and calls the following day to make sure your pet is doing well even if it's just a simple rabies shot. The entire staff goes out of the way to make you and your pet comfortable. Other businesses could learn about customer service from Copeland Vet!!
