This clinic has always been so kind to my pups and I. When Kristoff was hospitalized, they allowed me to visit him in the back daily. After a few days they allowed me to take him home each night (brought him back daily for IV) because he wasn’t getting better and knew it may be due to his anxiety and nerves. Within a few days of being home, he was eating again! This clinic goes above and beyond for animals and truly makes the pet parents feel like they are heard and also cared for. This clinic is also one that the rescue I volunteer for uses (Dallas Street Dog Advocates). I have seen how the doctors have helped animals survive things like parvo, learn to walk, and give them a whole new outlook on life. This clinic has the absolute best team of office personnel and medical staff.

Dr. Shuttlesworth takes great care of all my pets. She has been my vet since 1995. She kept my Jack Russell Terrier, Charlie, alive and well for 16 years. He had Cushings disease, and hypotyroidism. I now have three dogs, Holly a Rat-Zu, Buddy a Yorkie, and Penny another Jack Russell Terrier. Holly had a scare with pancreatitis, but she pulled through thanks to the excellent care she received at Animal Medical Center of Richardson. I wouldn't consider any other Vet to care for my babies. Dr. Shuttlesworth obviously loves her job, and all her patients, but she treats each pet as if they are her only one! I would love to see her rewarded for her care and compassion.
