Dr Owings & staff have provided medical care for my pets for the past 20+ yrs. They are very compassionate, knowledgable, & reasonably priced. I can be comfortable leaving my pets in the care of Dr. Owings & staff & know they are receiving the best care possible. Our pets deserve the best we can give them & Dr. Owings & staff provide that standard of care & more. I recommend them highly & think they are the best in East Texas hands down.

Dr owings and his wife (office) are very helpful. Wonderful with our pets that they have cared for and have helped us with our dilemma of when to euthanize also. They are very caring and wonderful with pets Our pets love them
