I met her when I had to have my 11 yr. old friend put to sleep for medical issues she had. She was very sympathetic and even sent a sympathy card expressing her concerns for me. So when I got my new puppy, I started her with Dr. Smith's clinic. They have treated my "Maggie" just like I would treat her. I have just showed up at the clinic without an appointment and they have always taken care of "Maggie" and addressed my concerns for her as if I had been a patient there forever. My visits with my dog are never rushed and every issue is talked about fully so I can understand the problem and the remedy for the problem.In cases of emergencies,you need not be concerned about your bill, cause she always works with you on your bill. That just shows me she is more concerned about my animal friend than she is about the money. She's the best in my eyes and I tell everyone I know about her cause she is unique and very caring. I have tried every vet in my small town and she ranks #1 for her caring toward the animals and the pet owner, Thank you Dr. Smith.
