They took in my dog to complete a minimally invasive surgery, and failed to monitor him while under anasthesia, both during & after the procedure. They sent the dog home post surgery near death, with aspirational pneumonia and damage from ingestion of a sharp, foreign object that perforated his entire esophageal tract and continued down, completely destroying his stomach and his esophagus. After top of the line world-class care from experts at Texas A&M, attempting to save the dog from the damage this vet caused, he was ultimately forced to be put down as he could not even keep food in his stomach when fed directly through a tube. Worse, he suffered for 2 months as we attempted to save him after Creekside, having developed esophageal strictures which prevented him from even swallowing water without brutal retching; he also dealt with screaming pain about every 15 minutes, a dog that had never screamed or barked a day in his life. The man running Creekside, Dr. Bettancourt, and his partner Vet Dr. Fischer, are so cruel it is beyond belief. NEVER TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE, IT IS A FACADE, ALL THE MONEY IS SPENT ON THE EXTERIOR & REVIEWS AT THE ANIMALS’ EXPENSE!

Buddy had an enormous hematoma on the pinna of one ear. I had called clinics and checked on line to see what could be done and it involved surgery. I took him to Dr. Hudak who lanced the ear in two places, allowing it to drain, and gave me ear flush and ointment for it as well as medications for an ear infection. Because of the way she took care of Buddy, he will not have a cauliflower ear, but a normal one. If he had had surgery it would more than likely have had to be repeated as it involved stitching the inside of the ear together. This way he underwent no major surgeries and is also living with a normal looking ear. She is the most caring, compassionate, considerate vet you could find and looks at what is best for your pet as well as for you and doesn't go after the almighty dollar like so many vets I have encountered. If we didn't live as close as we do to Dr. Hudak and the clinic I would travel to take my pets there. The entire staff are amazing.
