Dr. Batra is the most caring, sincere vet we have ever had in the care of our pets. She has worked with us to get Pookie, our beloved Kitty, through her various illnesses during her entire life. I have no doubt that she loves Pookie, and we have complete faith in the fact that Dr. Batra will always be available when we need her. She even has given me her personal telephone noumber to call when we have a problem, and on the occasions when I felt it necessary to get her opinion, she has always responded immediately. She even calls to check on Pookie's progress after a treatment for an illness. How many doctors-people or animal, would do that? In addition, to the caring of Pookie, I rescued 9 feral cats in the past two years, and Dr. Batra has cared for all of them, neutering, spaying, shots, etc. She has has shown great compassion for them-several times in sending out technicians to help get them to the clinic for care. Dr. Batra is a shinning example of the ideal vet, and the vet one would dream of having for the care of their animals. We love her like family. Dr. Batra truely deserves an award
