Dr. warner and staff has been great when this last two year we had to put down two of our pets one was a stray and became very ill and aid too. the other was my friend of 19years and sick he was in the first stage of pain and the staff help me through it and to let him go with our suffering . I watch my friend and buddy pass with very little pain the staff sent a card and prints of his paws and our family has them hanging up with a picture. I took his los hard and my little [cat]patches did too.she was hurting for about a week too the vet help me with ideas to help her . my veterinarian take pride in the animals cthey care for and their owner I love this clinic and able to may payments too that help a lot too. there the best in my book thank you Cheryl and all the staff for the love you give us. I had been struggling to find the correct diagnosis for my dog's swollen abdomen. My previous vet had told me she had an enlarged spleen and that it was most likely cancer that had spread. So I was in a panic. After many tests, no cancer was seen but it was suggested my dog needed a splenectomy. My previous vet even suggested finding somewhere else to do the surgery. That's when I found Southside and Dr. Lanerie. He was wonderful. He took the the time to get my dog's history and try to do a bit more diagnostic work before we would head to surgery. He performed a biopsy on the spleen and found that my dog had no cancer and was a having a severe immune response to a tick bite. He has wonderful interpersonal skills and took the time to explain everything while not resorting to the worst case scenarios. He was able to put my mind at ease and help my sweet, baby Jasmine. I am so thankful for a vet that was so knowledgeable and took the time to properly diagnose my dog.
