If you are looking for no communication from them when your pet has been out of surgery, this is the place. My pet is 13 years old and she needed an oral surgery, I specifically ask the vet for them to notify me after surgery that my pet was fine because of her age, the vet agree but not only they didn’t notify me, they wouldn’t answer the phone and once they did they would put me on a hold for 10-15min without even saying anything at all. The front desk receptionist Ruby has always been rude, and unfriendly. I been with them for the last 3 years and I always get a terrible service from the front desk. Vet and vet tech are fine but again front desk, doesn’t do their job. They told me I would be notify if my dog needed any tooth removal, they didn’t notify me or ask me, they just did it and I found out whenever I pick her up. Also appointments are always delay, so be ready to wait at least 30 min if not 2 hours for your appointment. Whenever I ask the vet about their front office being rude and no communicating he said that he can’t control that.
