I went to appointment a little irritated that it took 4 months to be seen but I was treated so well by the staff that I instantly forgot about being irritated. Once John came out to see Bella he gave her his full attention even though he had a building awaiting animals he treated Bella as if she was her appointment all day. The respect Bella and I received were way above what is necessary from a vet office and was absolutely appreciated!
