I've had 2 appointments and seen 2 different vets at this clinic and both visits have been great experiences. Everyone I've talked to has been professional, knowledgeable, friendly, passionate, and overall just nice to work with. The vets are thorough and explain things to me in a way that I can understand, the staff members have all been friendly, and the whole clinic has been very responsive in terms of contacting me regarding scheduling appointments and filling prescriptions, for example.
