DR.Derrick and his entire staff of vets and tech make me feel they are sincerely concerned about my dog's health. They all very caring and Dr. Derrick actually gets on his knees to pet them and rub their bellies. Bedside manner is not only important for human patients but animals too. They a sense of comfort with the staff here I have not seen at previous clinics. While always being professional they are careful to put my dogs at ease while being examined or in their care. I also never feel they are overcharging or trying to run up my bill. I always felt this way at the previous clinics. I pass many on the way to Glenwood Falls but the drive is well worth it.
