Dr. Rawlings has always been very professional and extremely easy to speak to. She explains everything that we see on paper (the good and the bad). Any images she has taken is reviewed and shows us of any concern she may have. Then she reviews her plan of action and why and if we are ok with that. She is like talking to a family member. She has true compassion for dogs and it shows. They may not like going to the vet, but when she walks in the room it is like the nervousness goes away.
