I have been going to Dr. Ghitea for many many years. He was very good and gentle with my first dog who was elderly. I always felt at ease when Pasha was in his hands. He is wonderful and loving with my current dog Toby. It's because of his wonderful remarks regarding my caring for my dogs that I was able to adopt Toby. Dr. Ghitea is very compassionate and honest. He is very gentle and wants only what is best for our pets. I'm glad he is young and happy in his practice because I would hate to have to find another vet who is as perfect as he is.

Dr. Beth not only gets to know her patients, but also their owners. By looking at them holistically, she understands which treatments the owners can handle themselves, what they can afford, what they can understand and believe about the condition. I also work with Dr. Beth as a volunteer at the local animal shelter. She treats all animals as if they were her own, not performing unnecessary procedures if basic treatment(at a much reduced cost) will handle the issues. She volunteers her time in community projects, discounts her services for those that cannot pay, and never talks down to you while explaining the care needed for her patient. She is truly a lifesaver to many, many people and animals. She has held me, comforted me, rejoiced with me, and treated me as her friend. And she has done the same for countless animals. She is truly a hero in her profession and deserves to be recognized for it.
