Dr. Dykstra (& staff) was very thorough and more than answered all my questions/concerns. She was quick to callback with results, multiple plans of action, and processed my referral quickly. Very friendly and caring. Would recommend to any pet parent.

My pit needed an emergency hysterectomy. She was deathly ill. Roy Gully wanted 1200$ for an emergency spay. He required half up front. I didn't even have half the money. Roe as busy as she is worked Cooper in on a friday afternoon. Then gave her antibiotics every day even sunday. They arent even open on weekends. Then took her in first monday morning and saved her life.Afer she came home the office called every day to check on her. the cost was for a mere $300. My pitbull does not bite people however she has been blackballed from 3 other vet clinics for acting out in tneir office. She does not want to be handled by strangers. Dr Roes office took her leash and did it all. They hooked her up to an iv without me present. they even said she was a good girl.Maybe she was for them. They are not pretentious at this office. They saved Cooper. I am so grateful and i know this is an everyday occurrence for Bedford Oaks Vetinerary Clinic
