Dr Howell and her staff at crossing are some of the most caring people I have ever met! I know my babies are safe with them if we ever have to do drop offs and they are always extremely accommodating in answering all of my questions working us if necessary, and following up on how the pups are doing. I can’t recommend them enough, and honestly can’t thank them enough either, as they have always been there for me and my pups when we needed help most!
