Dr. Nowacki really knows how to calm a troubled mommy! Not only does he allow Tucker baby to lick him like crazy, he takes the time to address all my concerns and make sure Tucker is headed for a long lifetime of love and play. Tucker baby was born with a heart defect, but our vet monitored him, gave us special instructions on how to help him grow, and when we took him in for his one year checkup, the heart murmur was gone! Being a mommy of just our Tucker baby, I always get nervous for him, while daddy loves to roughhouse, but not only was Dr. Nowacki patient with Tucker, he was patient with me and all my questions. He made sure I was brushing his teeth correctly, brushing him, bathing him with the right shampoo and flea, giving him the right food for my baby, making sure he was just the right weight (7 whole pounds!), and how to check to make sure he was getting exercise and staying trim. He also took my concerns seriously and didn't just brush me off when I said Tucker baby wouldn't leave his ears alone. We have the best vet and I wouldn't trade him for the world. Thanks UP Vet!

Dr. Kunz is totally dedicated to his customers and their pets. He has been known to literally sleep over night at his clinic caring for a pet in jeopardy. In fact, he did this for our dear Sophia who passed away in November, 2014 of the disease IMHA. Dr. Kunz stayed with her through several blood transfusions, even it caused him to watch over her at night.My husband consider Dr. Kunz like family. He is the Pests Best Veternian.Mary Humes
