I had taken him to an emergency animal clinic 3 days before and they told he had a bladder infection and prescribed antibiotics. When Kobe wasn't getting better I took my very sick pup into the clinic to see Dr. Jordan. She saw Kobe within 10 minutes of us being there and informed us after doing a physical exam that he very sick and immediately did blood work. Turns out Kobe has a rare autoimmune disorder (Evans Syndrome). She gave Kobe a blood transfusion along with some steroids. On his next follow up visit the next day she gave me a lot of information on Kobe's disorder and the medications he will be taking to make sure my roommate and I understood what was going on with our pup. She also gave me websites to look up more information on the disorder. Kobe bounced back to his normal self a week after the transfusion and being on the medication. She also ordered a special emergency medication to have on hand just for Kobe just in case his health declined again. She made sure she was prepared for the worst. She has been amazing through this whole process and because of her my pup is alive and thriving and we are fully educated on his disorder. Kobe loves her and all the techs and assistants at the clinic. I am so happy I found Dr. Jordan. She gave me back my silly pup. Best Vet Ever!!!

She is very careful to explain everything about what she finds on an exam. Bloodtests are explained right in front of me, the x-rays are shown and explained. She comes back to the clinic at night to check on any animal she has operated on that day if it had to stay. She didn't even charge us for putting our dog to sleep after caring for it for the final six months of her life. She won't sell products that have been shown to cause problems in dogs. She listens to the concerns of the owners and answers them. If she doesn't know something for sure, she will call a specialist and find out. She even gave us her home and cell number in case we had an important question if she wasn't at the clinic. She is loving and caring. Who,could ask for more?

I adopted sassy when she was 1 yr old. When I took her to the vet she turned vicious and yet when I brought her home to doctor her she was as gentle as could be. I changed to dr. Froelich and mentioned this to her and asked if she could be afraid of heights. She sat on the floor to examine her and she was perfect. From that day on when she went to dr. Froelich she would always sit on the floor to treat her and we never had another vicious outburst. She is so compassionate and has helped me through several losses of my fur kids.

Dr Frolic goes above and beyond. She will spend her time off going to seek out 2nd opinions and alternate methods to treat your babies. I have recieved phone calls after 8:30 PM from her after she has researched something for your pet.She is alway willing to help with puppies - they offer puppy training, free to all of their patients. She just wants to make sure you get a good start with your new one.We had to put down 2 girls within 6 months of each other and she and her staff could not have been more comforting and understanding to us at a very sad time. We had a wonderful vet for many years and when he retired we didn't know what we would do until our friend recomended her to us. We could not ask for anyone better. Thanks for all you and your staff do!!!! April

Dr, Riggan is the BEST because he genuinely cares about his patients. He did cruciate surgery on Abby and we had to leave town to be away for 6 months two weeks after the surgery. Dr. Riggan actually called us to check on how Abby was doing until he knew she was completely recovered. Dr. Riggan is always available, patient and willing to answer and address all questions and concerns. Not many veterinarians care enough to make phone calls and even give his personal phone number in case any issues or problems arose so we could contact him at any time. He is very knowledgeable and has a great calming effect with his patients.
