I just wanted to say thank you to the amazing staff at the gully animal hospital in Arlington, Texas. During a time where I was worried about my baby the staff at this clinic insured an amazing visit and eased my mind. I will happily return to this clinic, and will continue to suggest to others that they do so as well. Thank you from mine and Buzz’s heart.

Like you children you want the best care possible for you loved ones.Same with your pets. That's why I just love our vet.He works long hours. He goes far and above what his schedule calls for.He has a heart of gold and his compassion for our babies is none like I have ever experienced.I have been to plenty of vets believe me.He gives 100% of himself.I find that rare in a vet. He sits and talks to you about your concerns. He spends time with your animals comforting them if they are scared or there for the first time.I always say, animals are a good judge of people.I have one that always has to give him kisses..She eats up the attention he gives her..He always has a encouraging as well as a comforting word in the best of times or the worst of times. When we lose a animal he feels our pain just like it was his own he lost..He's not afraid to give you a friendly hug or a handshake..That's just his nature and character..I wouldn't go anywhere else..My family and fur babies just loves him and appreciates his hard work and dedication to our babies..That's why we think he's the best!!!! We love Dr Franklin!!

My vet is exceptional. Even if my dog is ill and I need to bring him in, Dr. G will work him in. I've had three Pomerarians in his care (not at the same time). Any time one of them had had surgery, he calls to find for a status report. This shows genujine concern for my dog and every dog he cares for. Every year on Vegas' birthday, he gets a birthday card, at Christmas, Dr. G's entire staff sign a Christmas card and send it me, and when two of my dogs had to be euthanized, he sent a sympathy card from him and his staff. He is a caring vet, one who loves his work, and it shows!

Buffy's (4 year old labradoodle) doctor is Dr. Cathy Kasai, a dedicated, warm, compassionate, knowledgeable and caring veterinarian. Five years ago, my 16 year old blind toy poodle (Ebony) who had heart & kidney problems had the best care from Dr. Kasai. She was working for Waipahu Animal Clinic. Dr. Kasai left for the mainland to do further studies even though she had breast cancer. A week after she left, Ebony passed away. She truly missed Dr. Kasai's tender love & professional care. Dr. Kasai graduated from Colorado State University in 1998. She completed a small animal medicine internship at Affiliated Veterinary Specialists in Florida in 2003. She worked at Advanced Veterinary Care Center in Lawndale California from 2008 to 2010. Dr. Kasai had a dream to come back to Hawaii to open her own veterinarian office. Her dream came true in September 2011! Still battling cancer, she came back to Hawaii to open her own office, Hawaii Veterinary Internal Medicine, located at 941 Kamehameha Hwy., #103, Pearl City, HI 96782; phone (808) 455DOGS; email address: cathykdvm@yahoo.com. She has video branchoscope, endoscopes and rhinoscopes, computer radiololy and inhouse complete blood count, chemistry, coagulation and blood gas machines that can have most of lab work done in less than 10 minutes. She provides chemotherapy to pets with cancer. She has state of the art monitoring equipment while under general anesthesia. She also does wellness care, spays and neuters. Her goal is try to select the diagnostic tests necessary to diagnose what is ailing the patient rather than taking a shotgun approach tests that may be unnecessary and end up costing the client a lot of money. With the help of a supportive family, she has started her dream which takes time & effort to get new clients. I feel she's already the best topnotch vetenarian in Hawaii. Buffy is blessed to have an outstanding doctor. I believe her commitment and dedication to animals is helping to heal herself.

Our vet is the best and most compassionate veterinarian we have ever encountered and we have followed her from the clinic where she was an associate veterinarian to the clinic she now owns. We would follow her anywhere. Her staff is great too. She has been with us when our furry friends were well, she has been with us when they were ill. Her advice was always sound and when referrals were needed, she would offer her thoughts and refer us to the best specialists available. When our Chocolate Lab, Cocoa, had mast cell cancer and she had to remove a cancerous tumors and surrounding tissue, the veterinarian oncologist to whom she referred us was extremely pleased with the procedure she had performed. She lived another 2 years and the cancer was in remission. When we had to part with our 14.5 years old Golden Retriever, Bubba, we received a plant and a very kind card from Dr. Mauro and her staff. When we had to part with our Black Lab, Sherman, last year after a very short period in which he suffered from Canine Oral Melanoma, we could not have asked for a more loving environment. We now have a Black Lab, Lucas, and she is his best friend too (besides my husband and me, of course). It is not just that she is a great veterinarian (and that is confirmed by specialists too), she is a truly great human being who cares for her patients and their parents!

After atleast a year, we finally found a diagnosis for Ripley, Hypothyroidism. The day after she got her first meds, she was running around! Now Ripley goes for check ups, got her on different food Doc. suggested and she lost a couple of pounds. if we can't pick her up right away, shes like the clinic mascot and runs around like she owns the place. Dr.Kasai doesn't overcharge and sometimes we even get discounts. very pet oriented, she even feeds and fixes the stray cats she finds hanging around the clinic. Very friendly!
