He is very up front and is extremely knowledgeable. He was very patient even though Lloyd is terrified of the vet and can become aggressive. Lloyd was a rescue so not sure of his past vet encounters before Cascade.
I have been using Cascade for more than 10 years. All the vets are excellent.
