Alexis Boone was Lissies Dr. Lissie was diagnosed with Chylous Pleural Effusion by Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia in the late fall of 2022. She was referred to the University of Tennessee Veterinary Hospital In Knoxville, Tennessee. We met with her Dr on Jan 17 and Lissie was to go through a CT Scan on the 17th and surgery on the 18th of January. She had some minor obstacles which is normal with any surgery. She had a hard time with the anesthesia but she did improve slowly. Lissie is home and doing sooo good. No cancer in her biopsies. This is very rare in her case. Thank You sooo much Dr. Alexis Boone for helping my girl to simply breathe better and be so much more comfortable. You are appreciated sooo much from Lissie & I 🐾🐾♥️
