When my then 18 year old toy poodle Silky was diagnosed with congestive heart failure, the medicine that was needed to treat him was not sold in the United States. Dr. Snow found the medicine in Canada through his tireless efforts and contacts. He did this all while he was out of town at a conference when he was able to get a break. Silky lived two more years because of that medicine. He was the oldest patient there (20 years).

All of the team genuinely cares for animals and their humans. Thoroughly examines the patient, patiently answers the human's questions, offers multiple suggestions/options for care, never pushes their opinion, respects the owners decisions for treatment. Extremely kind with the animals, cares for each as they would their own. Kindly sympathetic when having to euthanize a long time family member. Affordable service. Great availability and flexibility to meet the animals needs. We drive 30 miles from our home to the vet, passing multiple veterinarian clinics, because Karns Animal Clinic is so exceptional in their care of our babies. I have recommended them to several friends and wholeheartedly think that they should be recognized for their outstanding service.
