Dr. Christy Moser reminds me of my personal physician. Often times doctors as well as vets are in such a rush they forget to take the time to explain things that a person can understand. I don't feel that way with my doctor or my vet. Poppy (my Corgi) can't understand what Dr. Moser but she loves the compassion, understanding and caring words she always implies to both of us. Dr. Moser has been my vet for over 20 years and from the very first day she has treated me and all of my pets, not only as patients but as friends. She takes the time to even draw on her chalkboard if there is something that I don't quite understand to try and make it more clear to me. I took Poppy in to be spay but with some tests beforehand, she found out she had some liver issues unbeknownst to me. Dr. Moser advised against spaying until the issues were worked out. That was approximately 2 months ago and Poppy is now well enough and is scheduled for spaying tomorrow. Words cannot express all the gratitude and thankfulness that I have been blessed with such a Wonderful Vet as Dr. Christy Moser with Bluegrass Animal Hospital.

Dr. Barry was incredibly kind and patient with my hyperactive puppy. She not only went over the vaccinations that she was giving him today, but also gave helpful advice on how to introduce my dog to my cat and how to help redirect him when he starts trying to bite (he's teething). Overall extremely happy I went to Bluegrass and very grateful to all of the staff there.
