She was very hands on, explained everything in basic terms, and she made my new puppy, Prince (Toy Maltese 4mos old) feel very safe. She has a very soothing voice and it calmed my very nervous puppy down. He enjoys her everytime....and the treats help! Signed,Very Happy Mom
