Dr. Mitch has the heart of a teacher and an excellent bedside manner. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient with all my questions and offers the best advice for Baxter's care. I have learned so much from him. However, what stands out the most to me about Dr. Mitch and his staff at Concord Road Animal Hospital and Pet Spa is that they authentically care for Baxter and they LOVE what they do. They are a Godsend!
