Dr. Schneir always has a smile on her face and a great laugh. She is very calming to Frosty and Casper. She is very patient with ALL my questions. She calls her self to check up on the pups. She treats her staff with kindness. She is one of the best people I have ever met.

We came to this office after our dog had multiple complications from a spaying surgery elsewhere. They were very thorough and explained all the the care they provided. As a relatively new pet owner living in a new city, they talked to me about pet insurance, training, etc. We went through options to avoid another surgery, but eventually we had to make the decision to have a surgery to fix the sutures, scar tissue, and what may have been an infection. When they fixed my dog's old sutures, they provided me a discount and and email address to send photos of the suture area in case I saw anything odd outside of clinic hours. I am so appreciative of everything they did for Vixen. She LOVES this office and all it's staff, so obviously we found our home vet.

Dr.Kim is the best because she is extremely caring for animals. Also she was very sensative to our situation when we had to put down our poodle Abbey who we had had for 13 yrs. She is wonderful with our Schichon and Yorkie. She is very knowledgable and always does research before giving the dogs any medication or do any procedures on them. Which I appreciate very much. She also would not do anything for your pet or give anything to your pet that she wouldn't give to her own. Very caring, professional, sweet with our dogs and with us. She also goes out of her way to call you or talk to you whenever you need her. She did this for me several times when our poodle was alive who had congestive heart failure and other health issues. She even calls when she is off duty or even when its a weekend. She should get the my vet is the best award for her caring and going above and beyond to help her patients, not all vets will. She also should get it because she is one of the few vets in our area that treat small dogs. She really knows her stuff and if she don't know something she will honestly tell you so and find out what needs to be done and even refer with other vets. She is a wonderful vet. My dogs love her, even my schichon that is scared of almost everything.
