Our 8 mo Bichon was injured when she was trapped under a power recliner resulting in amputation of tail. Doctors/techs/front desk took care of us immediately without hesitation when we arrived with Fire Dept and she has part of recliner still attached. Throughout this entire emergency and folllowing treatment is more than exemplary. We will completely informed thoughtout the emergency visit and following operation days later. Our puppy welfare was their first and utmost concern. Informed us every stop of the way….We are so grateful for the New River ER Vet and Specialist group! Thank you to all the folks that were so kind and caring to Sammi and her Momma and Daddy!
