Dr. Parrott has always taken such wonderful care of Sabrina, our senior golden retriever. Whether going in for a routine wellness visit, or the occasional emergency illness, Dr. Parrott has treated Sabrina with the same gentle care that I'm sure she offers her own pets. She takes time with us to explain her treatment recommendations and answer any questions without feeling like she is rushing out to her next appointment. When Sabrina was recently diagnosed with splenic cancer, Dr. Parrott's kindness and compassion was so comforting from the day of Sabrina's diagnosis to her last breaths (all within 1 week), and knowing that she had a Golden who died from the same kind of cancer helped me to trust her even more with the care of our sweet Sabrina. And when the hardest decision of our lives had to be made, Dr. Parrott was there to reassure us that it was the best decision for Sabrina. On Sabrina's last day, Dr. Parrott came to our house to guide Sabrina into her eternal rest in the comfort of her own home. I will never forget the compassion in Dr. Parrott's eyes as we said our final goodbyes to our sweet angel, Sabrina.

We became patient parent in 2013 with the purchase of a puppy mill "problem child". After going to the vet that was recommended to us from the seller and having numerous "issues" with them we began searching for someone we could trust and rely on. That is exactly what we have found with Dr. Marshall. She is amazingly patient with our babies (there are two now) and even more patient with us. She listens to our concerns and observations and addresses each and every one. She can and will explain things to us in plain people speak and includes us in all the options available which makes us feel "part of the team". We are thankful for her and her staff as well.
