Dr. Alexander first saw Teddy while he was having issues. She explained the need for blood work and then explained what the blood work showed. It was not good news but she has treated dogs with the condition before so knew what to do. She didn’t sugarcoat his condition but promised to do everything in her power to help him. When she felt she needed to refer Teddy to a GI specialist, she did not hesitate to recommend one but left the choice up to me. The specialist confirmed what Dr. Alexander was doing was the right course of treatment. I firmly believe Teddy is here today because of the treatment Teddy has received from Dr. Alexander.

Dr Alexander is honest and compassionate. Both qualities in one person, especially a veterinarian with whom you entrust your pet is comforting. She will assist you in understanding all medical options when dealing with your sick or injured pet. She will follow up with you as test results or specialists evaluations become known. I can trust her with Daisy and know I’m choosing the right path for her.
