When my Wishbone was terminally ill and I was in convalescent at home, she realized that me and Wishbone wanted to see each other for one last time. Forest Acres care went beyond the call of duty. They put Wishbone in a car and sent Wishbone home to me so we could enjoy our last hours together. That's called customer care.
