My deeply loved 4 y/o rescue dog dropped dead at home shockingly on Monday June 1st. Dr. Nelson took responsibility for her death. Molly died from untreated Addison's disease which Dr. Nelson diagnosed her with on 5/28, but truly she died from gross veterinary negligence. As evidence of her guilt, she reimbursed me for all of Molly's visits, resucitative efforts at the 24/7 animal hospital that I rushed her to out of desperation that night, and for her cremation. Molly also had abnormal lab results which were no shared with me in November of 2019. I do not recommend providing coverage to their patients. Huge liability.

Dr. Nelson is so wonderful. She is never to busy to explain everything to u. She is someone who makes ur pet at ease when they are nervous. She was there when my cat and. I had our run in with a rabid skunk. She is always there when u need her most. And never to busy to know when u need a hug. She volunteers her time to spay and neuter. What can. I say we love her like family. She is great. Her staff is wonderful. She deserves so much . Please nominate the best vet going. Dr. Kim nelson.
