She takes the time before every exam to bond with my pets prior to the actual exam. She calms them to the point where they except her. Now when they go, as crazy as it seems they actually rush to get inside even knowing where they are. The day after she calls and follows up on there progress, she truly cares for animals, it is not just about the money.
