Dr. Ilardi was very kind with Ryder. She sat down with him (literally) and made him comfortable being there. Not only was she great with him, but she has a great attitude and answered my questions directly and concisely. I really appreciate a person like that.

Dr. D is a compassionate woman who 'lives' her career. I am always impressed with her ability to be empathetic to my much loved Shih Tzus, while delivering exceptional care. She runs an office where one WANTS to come and all are friendly. She heavily supports local animal shelters and owns many dogs and horses herself. I am in her office every 6 weeks for some basic grooming care for my Shih Tzus, who are now 5 years old, and feel I can attest to her skill coupled with kindness, all at a very economical price. When I had to put my old lab down due to cancer, the compassion and concern my Duchess dog and I received was second to know. I look forward to my visits and my little dogs are comfortable there and not anxious. WE live in a rural part of PA where services are sometimes lacking - however - our VET care is not one of them! This is all a testimony to Dr. D and the type of vet that she is and the clinic she runs.
