was looking around for vets since we had just gotten Dewey. ive heard people say they werent thrilled with Banfield but i wanted to give them a shot. the staff was very helpful when i was asking questions and deciding on a vet. the vet is fantastic and answers any and all questions. staff was very informative when i was registering for wellness plan. made sure i understood what was included and how it saved money if i added a few extras. definitely happy with my decision to choose them for my puppies ongoing care.
