They are such a great team - almost a victim of their success - you will wait for an appointment and then maybe wait past your appointment time BUT that will not mean you won't get above and beyond care. They helped me through the cancer diagnosis and eventual death of my beloved Henry and have picked right up again with excellent care of my new Bloodhound, Lincoln. Beyond that they know you, the owner, asked after your health and family, explain everything you need to know to take your pet home and continue any needed care. It's always a 'scene' in the waiting room with dogs and people greeting one another - a friendly form of chaos' is how someone described the atmosphere there. One other thing, their prices have remained reasonable!!!

Because they Care and they show it ...by having emergency appointments, walk-ins, and of course your scheduled visits. We are all in the waiting room together. We all know the Emergencies go first, and the owners and staff never complaining about who was first, or who was second, etc. We know it is all about the Animal/Pet. They saved my former dogs life. Emergency blood work on a Sunday revealed Thrombocytopnia and 3 strains of Lyme's disease. Dr Chapman
called as soon as we got home and told us to rush our poodle, Stella to the Ryan's University of Pennsylvania. He then called that evening, on a Sunday, to see how Stella was doing? Stella was in U of P's care for one year. She lived an additional 3 years after the diagnosis.
God bless all our Veterinarians! I wish our people doctor's were just like them! The follow up and caring is through the Roof or should I say Ruff!
