I recently moved to philly and this was my first time visiting City Cat Vets, due to covid restrictions all appointments were drop off only, I was a little apprehensive because this vet is unfamiliar to my cats and normally I would of wanted to be there as a comfort to them however this place FAR EXCEEDED my expectations, they kept me informed and made me feel super comfortable about the whole thing, I was able to chat with the intake nurse when I was dropping them off and then the vet herself called me within 15 mins to go over the exam with her. Im super appreciate to City Cat Vets and recommend them to any cat owner in Philadelphia
