I had a very sick dog with allergies, cancer and was blind. The Dr stuck with her, including finding a new drug from Zoetis ( other vets didn't mention it)that brought her back to almost normal and gave us an extra year to enjoy her. At times we were there twice a week and were always fit in. The Dr was truly amazing and really cared.

Dr. Royster and his vet treat every animal that walks thru their doors as their own. I had a dog who was sick since he was a puppy, he had pulminary disease. Dr. Royster was allways there when I needed him every time Cody got sick. He was allways honest with me. He would try different medications or combinations of medications to get Cody better. Unfortanelym Cody passed away last September. He allowed me to come in when I wanted to so I could say goodbye. He and his staff were extremely upset. Cody was only 8 years old. I have never had a vet who is so caring. He assumed ownership of this practice from another vet who was very well like. He has done an amazing job keeping older patients and acqiring new ones. I wouldn't change vets for anything.

He is the most compassionate Vet I have ever encountered. I was so upset over my dog being bitten by a tick, and he took the time to come and sit with me and explain everything, and told me not to worry. He knew I was so upset that he excused himself from the exam room to talk to me. He has been our Vet for many, many years. He took good care of my 18 year old dog, and even agreed to come to the house to put her to sleep. I have sent many people to his animal hospital, and everyone is very satisified.

My 10 year old Golden Retriever Mago is now cancer free thanks to Dr. Biano. One year ago during a routine examination at Ardmore Animal Hospital Dr Bianco did a complete work up of Mango's blood and upon receiving the results was able to determine that something was not right. After many more tests including the Benz Jones test he was able to determine that Mango had Multiple Myeloma Cancer and immediately recommended a course of chemotherapy which was successful and now she is in remission and living a happy and health life. If it were not for Dr. Bianco who was so persistent in finding the exact type of cancer we would have lost our loving and beautiful Missy Mango. Thank you Dr. Bianco for being so thorough and saving our Mango.
