Dr. Lori has been my veterinarian for 10 years and I am still at a loss for words to describe her compassion and dedication to her career. She has always been there for me and my four-legged companions day or night, for better or for worse. Owning an animal with behavioral issue is not easy and can be very discouraging and heartbreaking, but Dr. Lori has always helped me to do what is best for my dogs and I am eternally grateful for that! My vet is the BEST!!

Although Dr Bankowski was not the doctor to diagnose my Kyra with Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia. She was the doctor to take over my case Monday morning after the Easter Weekend. Kyra had to be rushed to a referaal hospital for a blood transfusion that Monday afternoon. When I picked her up on Tuesday and brought her back in to Dr. Bankowski with the news the specialist said Kyra was not going to live. Dr. Bankowski worked with my family to do everything possible for my pet and was very compassionate with the family. It was a very long bumpy road but not only did Kyra go into remission with her disease the dog that was suppose to die at age 6 lived until age 14 when her arthritis finally got the best of her. I thank Dr. Bankowski for everything and think she is the main reason we never gave up.She is an amazing person and Veterinarian.

I don't know how to start to tell about Dr.Lori...She's beeing sosupportive ,responsive, affectionate...well,let me try...One year ago,I got my first puppy,Melli,one Chinese Imperial.We took her for her first appointment with DrLori and she was wonderfull!!As we travel too much,we need a lot of paper work to go overseas and each country has its own law and Dr.Lori took such good care of us,besides Melli's health(shots,deworm,etc).But, unfourtunatelly our little puppy got killed in UK,just 1 week after we got there...yes,got killed by another dog! It was so devasting,I was cryiyng all day,couldn't believe what happened to us!My partner seeing me like that got me another puppy,couples weeks later,same breed,but she was in Kansas City,USA.He called Dr.Lori to know all about the paper work,rabies shot,etc,and she answered us imediately on her cellphone.But guess where she was??On VACATION,in Domenican Republic!!!YEP, I felt so bad to disturb her but when we told her what happened to Melli,she got very sad...Now,we have MEGGY,and she is also Dr.Lori's patient and she loves to go the clinic for her check ups!! I have no words to describe the sincere affection DrLori gives to her patients.THANK YOU,Dr Lori!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!
