This needs to be the top review for EVERYONE to read BEFORE THEY EVER CONSIDER THIS ESTABLISHMENT because they do not care about your best interest or your fur baby. Our family had went through a considerable series of losses ranging from right before Christmas of 2021 to current. My two kids lost their pappy. We bought a dog before Christmas to help them with the first loss of someone they held so dearly to their hearts. Fast forward from that loss…..to now April. My fiancé had to undergo a major brain surgery in Hershey. We accumulated tons of medical bills due to his illness. He can’t work due to 3 brain tumors and lastly a blood clot. We as a family then began to struggle to keep our house, along with everything else. I work 50+ hours and we still are not making it. Then in August on my birthday week our other dog we bought for the kids for Christmas got an obstruction from a corn cob she somehow found outside. We were $4200 in and a different facility wanted $6500 additional to operate….we didn’t have it…so we had to put our Oreo down. That same week I lost my sister to a heart attack. I ended up in the emergency room the same night our beloved Oreo was in an emergency facility. I died due to Tachycardia and by the grace of God for allowing me to still share everyday with my family, I am still here. Due to dying I was very exhausted and didn’t wake the next day and I never got to say goodbye to our dog. Our other dog had to have a urinary surgery three years ago to remove bladder stones that were obstructing his flow of urine. He had to go onto a prescription diet to be able to live. We had bought that food from this very vet for TWO years. We were wonderful clients and never delinquent. We still are not delinquent. We need food now and I call to get it and they are expecting us to bring our same dog that we have continued to bring to their facility for an office visit that our family cannot afford to incur at this present time due to all of our unexpected losses this year. They REFUSE TO GIVE OUR DEAR BELOVED TATANKA HIS PRESCRIPTION TO LIVE UNTIL THEY BLEED MORE MONEY FROM OUR FAMILY. They also knew of our situation and previously presented to be considerate. They don’t care about the client at all and please choose a better vet that genuinely cares about their clients and their fur baby. Now I have to let my dog eat anything that he can’t have until I can afford an additional fee, BUT I PROMISE THEY WONT BE GETTING OUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS. We believed in your company. We trusted you guys with our pets. My children even trusted you guys. We thought each and everyone of you were really there for us as you claimed you ran your establishment when we first came to you with arms wide open. WHAT A HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! Please don’t let them bleed your families!!!! Everyone everywhere is going through something and doesn’t deserve that type of treatment.
