There is NEVER a good time to experience a true emergency! Let alone a holiday weekend when other vet practices are closed... I experienced such a circumstance! I didn't know what to do... Frantic... Called numerous practices, left messages and not a damn one responded what so ever! I have never been to the Pet Emergency in Lancaster until this happened... The staff was immediately on it! Supportive, compassionate, professional... I can NOT thank each and every one of them enough for actually BEING THERE to assist and help when in my opinion other clinics in this area totally dropped the ball! No one wants to work on weekends or holidays... But bless each and every one who of these ladies who demonstrated dedication not only to pets and owners... But to the field of Veterinary medicine and level of commitment to this purpose over all. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
