Dr Grove was phenomenal! She was very thorough and discussed all options for diagnosis and treatment. She explained everything very well and showed me pictures of normal X-rays to compare to Lance’s X-rays.

I have been seeing Dr Rouen for my Princess for over 10yr, now that Princess passed I bring Angel. Dr. Rouen is such a caring, understanding and you can tell she loves taking care of our pets. I have also seen Dr. Hillenbrand and Dr. Rosenbaum and they are excellent caring Dr.s also. I highly recommend this group and trust them with Angel and I wouldn't go to anyone else. I love that they are in on the weekends for emergencies also which shows their dedications to your pets. I don't like going to vet emergency centers because they have no idea about your pet and don't have your pets records. Neffsville Vet. Clinic has several Dr's but they can read the pets records. Neffsville Vet also has grooming, lodging services which I have used also and feel comfortable leaving my Angel there if I can't bring her with me while on vacation. I also like that if Angel gets sick or has a problem the lodging place brings her to the Neffsville Vet Clinic which is in the same building and they can treat her and know her already. I can't say enough about Neffsville Vet Clinic and their Dr.s and Staff. They are all very friendly and caring. I never got turned down for an emergency. When Princess passed they made beautiful paw prints of her which I really treasure. They have a special room for you to sit and cry and hold your pet for as long as you want. They also sent me a beautiful sympathy card.
